2.2.1 Make-a-Map Ideas

  • Have students create a quiz or game with their maps, such as filling in or matching the characters, their future jobs, and pictures.
  • Take a snapshot of one or all the characters and make a map about what they’re going to be in the future.
  • Make a map about a job (astronaut, firefighter, artist, teacher, etc).
  • Make a map illustrating any verb in the future tense, using “going to _____.” For example, things they’re going to learn, places they’re going to visit, food they’re going to eat, etc.
