Dismayed by decimals? Don’t be! In this movie, Tim and Moby introduce you to the mysteries these special numbers. Learn where the word “decimal” comes from, and find out how many different kinds of decimal units you can form out of a whole (hint: it’s a lot!). Discover how to count numbers smaller than one, and learn why you’ll need a decimal point--and where it goes. Find out six ways you can use decimals in every day life, as well as two reasons that decimals can make math easier.
