Land Biomes

What biome do you live in? In this BrainPOP movie, you’ll learn how temperature, rainfall, and altitude affect the type of biome found in a certain area of the world. You’ll also discover how animals and plants have adapted to live in their particular biomes. Tim and Moby discuss six major biomes found on Earth, briefly describing the climate of each and introducing you to some of the plants and animals that live and grow there. Find out how biomes change over time, and how human activity can speed up that change by millions of years, hurting native plants and animals. It might make you think twice about how you treat your own biome!
