BrainPOP Partners Awarded Top Honors at Games For Change
Posted by Andrew Gardner on
Congratulations to both Learning Games Network (LGN) and Filament Games, winners in this year’s Game For Change Awards. The Games for Change organization has a noble mission to “catalyze social impact through digital games”. Radicalizing teaching and learning has incredible social impact, and this year’s prize winners are helping create positive change.
LGN was awarded “Game of the Year” for Quandary (featured on GameUp), while Filament took the “best gameplay” prize for their newest title Reach for the Sun. As learning games become more common in educational spaces, BrainPOP is thrilled to partner with award winning game developers, such as LGN and Filament, to bring their thoughtful and engaging games to you and your students on GameUp.
Congratulations to all the winner and nominees in this year’s festival. For more information about the Games For Change organization, and the details of this year’s conference visit http://www.gamesforchange.org/
