Free – 2010 Global Education Conference
Posted by allisyn on
My friend Steve Hargadon has been hard at work for months putting together the conference of the year… the 2010 Global Education Conference. The free conference takes place November 15-19 online, and is dedicated to highlighting opportunities for globally connected education activities. Sessions are held in multiple time zones and in multiple languages. BrainPOP is thrilled to be a conference partner! My colleague, Dr. Kari Stubbs will be doing a keynote presentation, “Lessons Learned from the Chilean Miner Rescue,” tomorrow at 11am Eastern, and I will presenting a session on exploring “The Value of Online Communities for Educators” today at 5pm Eastern. I’m overwhelmed by how many presentations look good to me! You can attend as many sessions as you want – they are all free! Check out the schedule here.
