Moby Computer Science Ed WeekOur support for the themes of National Computer Science Education Week and the Hour of Code was multi-faceted, beginning with the curated collection of related content we offered free of charge for the occasion. The included movies, games, and teacher support materials that helped explain a range of computer science concepts. New GameUp titles including Run Marco (Allcancode) and Time Zone X games (BrainPOP) for Ada Lovelace,  Computers, Computer History, Computer Programming, and the Internet all made their debut during “CSEdWeek.”

Additionally, we hosted an Hour of Code webinar that offered suggestions for bringing coding events into your classroom or school. Mike Watanabe, our Creative Director, led an Hour of Code Twitter chat along with Certified BrainPOP Educator Steve Isaacs and our friends at codeSpark, Tynker, Allcancode, and CodeMonkey Studios.
