Good Learning Games

Written by James Paul Gee (2007), this article explores 16 learning principles that are incorporated in good learning games. The author argues educators could make use of these principles to make learning more “game-like” even in contexts when games are not used.  If you want to know more about why educators are using Game-Based Learning in the classroom we recommend reading Gee’s book, Good Video Games + Learning Collected Essays on Video Games, Learning and Literacy.
