BrainPOP, a leading creator of digital educational content including animated movies, learning games, interactive quizzes, and activities like concept mapping, seeks a dedicated Temporary Associate to join the District Relations team at our New York City headquarters for the busy back-to-school season. This position will run from July 11-November 30.
Responsibilities
- Processing, creating, and maintaining customer accounts
- Responding to inquiries from current and prospective customers
- Supporting outreach and renewal efforts
- Collaborating with Accounting team to maintain and organize payment information
Qualifications
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented nature
- Proactive problem solver
- Proficiency with Excel. Some database management experience is preferred.
- Friendly, outgoing personality
