BrainPOP, a leading creator of digital educational content including animated movies, learning games, interactive quizzes, and activities like concept mapping, seeks a dedicated Temporary Associate to join the District Relations team at our New York City headquarters for the busy back-to-school season. This position will run from July 11-November 30. 

Responsibilities

  • Processing, creating, and maintaining customer accounts
  • Responding to inquiries from current and prospective customers
  • Supporting outreach and renewal efforts
  • Collaborating with Accounting team to maintain and organize payment information

Qualifications

  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented nature
  • Proactive problem solver
  • Proficiency with Excel. Some database management experience is preferred.
  • Friendly, outgoing personality
