This course explores BrainPOP's versatile suite of tools that allow students to demonstrate their understanding. We'll explore how to use Quizzes and Challenges for differentiated assessment, empower student creation with Make-a-Movie, and facilitate complex problem-solving with Creative Coding. In this course, you will learn to: - Utilize Quizzes and Challenges to differentiate assessment and gather actionable data on student understanding. - Implement the Challenge activity to build critical thinking skills through a variety of targeted, multi-step tasks. - Facilitate student-led creation by using Make-a-Movie to have students articulate their knowledge and build media literacy skills. - Guide "coding to learn" projects with Creative Coding, where students demonstrate subject-matter mastery through programming
