Virtual Labs: pH Scale & Meter Calibration familiarizes players with food science lab equipment. It teaches standard techniques for pH testing, which determines how acidic or basic a substance is. A food's pH often determines whether it's safe to eat, as well as how it will function in a recipe. This interactive lab introduces students to the pH scale and its uses, familiarizing them with the equipment and procedures used in natural science investigations. Students will learn how to calibrate and use the pH meter by measuring solutions of standard value.
