Your Guide for Grants and Funding
Posted by cemignano on
We’re often asked about guides for grants and funding, and we’re thrilled to share two exciting opportunities to support you in building your grant writing toolkit. If you have an idea that you’d like to get funded but are unsure of where to start, now is your chance to get the guidance you need!
As part of the iTeach Academy, Grant Writing for EdTech is an all day workshop in the Miami, FL area on June 11. Participants will have the opportunity to explore a number of online resources to add to their toolkit and learn about some of the lesser-known funding resources available in their area. Additionally, attendees will leave the workshop knowing the next steps to take once they receive their grant and ways to increase their chances of having it renewed in the future. For more information on this workshop, visit the registration page.
If you’re not in the Miami area but are heading to ISTE in Atlanta, there’s another opportunity to work on your grant writer’s toolkit! Don’t miss out on Need Bucks? Grant Writing for EdTech in Your School. In this half-day workshop on June 28, attendees will learn about the best places to look for funding and focus on the qualities of a successful grant, as well as the strategies for grant implementation. To register for this workshop, visit the ISTE schedule and search for the presenter’s name, Rita Oates.
BrainPOP Educators also offers a number of online resources for grant writing. Visit our Funding and Research page or check out our archived webinar, BrainPOP’s Guide to Grant Writing, and you can get started on building your toolkit right now!
