This is a link to an article about a Web 2.0 activity I did with a group of fifth graders. I made a Wiki that the kids from my school started a story and then a fifth grade class from another school district close to us wrote the next paragraph. The kids loved this activity and it made writing fun. We just finished the stories and we were able to skype the other class in the middle to ask questions. Just a prime example of the potential you have with Web 2.0 tools. If you have any question please feel free to email me at bhower@cvschools.org.

It is my first time to watch a webinar and I have observed that this is a great tool for teaching since there is interaction where teachers could share experiences and post videos about projects and the performances of their students. Technology has become an instrument in the 21st century classroom to make students more interested and excited in learning. Webinars are very useful for teachers since you can relate topics and experiences in class with other teachers which can improve one’s teaching strategies and methods.
